Job description

• Ensuring efficient and effective stock management to ensure stock accuracy
• Ensure accurate and complete order fulfilment across our various e-commerce sales platforms and flagship store
• Make booking arrangements courier and shipping companies for the import and export of stocks, as well as shipping for online orders
• Replying to internal departments on stock inquiries
• Performing stock-takes and quality checks on new stock arrival
• Assisting in data analysis of Stock Aging reports, and working with the merchandising team on movement strategies for older stocks
• Works closely with ecommerce, warehouse and retail teams in day-to-day work
• Prepare inventory reports management for review
• Assist the Inventory Manager to keep close monitoring of both inventory levels and sales volume ensuring inventory level are manage effectively
• Any other duties assigned by immediate reporting officer or Head of Department.

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of experience
