Job Summary:

As an Inventory Operations Assistant, you support the day-to-day inventory management activities to prepare project inventory, service and maintenance part replacement, update accurate stock levels, efficient warehouse operations, and timely reporting. This role plays a key part in maintaining inventory integrity, assisting the technical team on stock withdrawal and coordinating with various departments to streamline inventory processes.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Monitor and maintain inventory records with day-to-day stock activities.

• Assist in receiving, labeling, and storing incoming shipments.

• Prepare project inventory based on work orders

• Conduct regular cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies.

• Collaborate with technical team to ensure proper stock withdrawal and storage

• Label incoming equipment for RMA

• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of inventory areas.

• Follow safety and operational procedures consistently.

Secondary Responsibilities

• To drop off and pick up site staff for installation work on daily basis

Job Requirements

• A valid SG class 3 driver's licence
