Job summary

CHOOSE 2 RENT SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. seeks a detail‑oriented Fulfillment Associate to manage packing, labelling and shipment preparation in our Singapore center. You will review weekly orders, fulfill daily picks, and support various duties to ensure a smooth workflow.

The role requires physical fitness to lift and move items, basic Excel skills, and familiarity with Windows/iOS systems. You will maintain an orderly workspace, locate items, and ensure accurate documentation for deliveries.

Qualifications

• Able to lift up to 20 kgs with or without accommodation.
• Stand and walk for 8-10 hours as required.
• Willing to frequently push, pull, squat, bend and reach.
• Basic Microsoft Excel knowledge is required.
• Basic Windows and iOS familiarity is expected.

Responsibilities

• Review weekly orders and ensure accuracy.
• Fulfill daily orders and prepare items for shipment.
• Assist with all duties as needed by the fulfillment team.
• Check order notes for special setups and client needs.
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace in the fulfillment center.
• Receive and interpret work orders to locate items by storage location.
• Locate items in storage and verify against work orders.
• Inspect items for condition and quality; perform packing.
• Ensure packing documentation is generated and handed to delivery personnel.
• Arrange incoming shipments in designated storage areas.

• Receiveandinterpret work orders to determine the types and quantitiesofitemsorderedbycustomers.
• Obtainstoragelocationinformationfromthemerchandisedatabasetoassistinlocatingtheitem.
• Locateitemsinstorageareasandcomparetheinformationonthemwithworkorderstoensureconformance.
• Checkitemstoensurethattheyareingoodconditionandconformtoqualityspecifications,and performpackingandboxingduties.
• Ascertainthatalldocumentationregardingpackeditemsisgeneratedfromthesystemandhandedovertothedeliverypersonnel.
• Arrangeallincomingshipmentsindesignatedstorageareasaccordingtoestablishedprotocols.
