Inventory & Logistics Executive

Pacific Time provides a full spectrum of distributor support for the Asia Pacific region with a focus on areas such as distribution network, training, strategic marketing, merchandise visibility, repairs and after sales support.

Job Responsibilities:

• Overseeing inventory stock needs and undertaking office management and administration.
• Handle incoming & outgoing mails and shipment for overseas purchase order and repairs.
• Tracking and following up on final products according to customer requirements.
• Provide administrative support to sales and management team by generating and maintaining stock reports to monitor and track inventory.
• Handle applications with respective agencies for operational permits for business process and compliance.
• Overseeing the shipment and delivery of goods and liaising with vendor administration and retailers to achieve mutual satisfaction.
• Coordinate with forwarders on import/export work.
• Work closely with Service Centre for an additional level of quality control to improve service standards.
• Maintain proper filing of documents, warehouse logs and records.
• Any ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Proficient in MS Office – Excel & Word and system savvy.
• Willing to learn and adaptable to changes.
• Able to work well in a team environment and independently.
• Detail-oriented with a positive work attitude.
• Possess verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to start within a short notice.
