Indoguna Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking an inventory management professional to maintain accurate inventory records, coordinate with internal stakeholders, and analyze data for effective decision-making. This role involves implementing control procedures and generating reports to optimize inventory levels, requiring strong analytical skills and proficiency in relevant management software.
Job Responsibilities :
Maintain Accurate Inventory Records
Input and update inventory data in the system e.g., stock levels, stock adjustments promptly and correctly.
Data verification with internal team and reconcile discrepancies to ensure system accuracy.
Implement and maintain effective inventory control procedures to minimize errors and loss.
Manage Inventory Level
Analyze inventory data to identify trends, potential shortages, and excess stock
Develop and implement strategies to optimize inventory levels, balancing supply and demand.
Coordinate with Internal and Stakeholders:
Collaborate with purchasing and sales to ensure smooth inventory flow.
Data Analysis and Reporting
Generate regular inventory reports, summarizing key metrics (e.g., stock turnover, inventory value, stockout rates).
Identify and analyse trends, provide recommendations for improvement, and support decision-making.
Administrative Export Duties support, i.e., billing and documentations follow up

Key Skills:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to analyse inventory data to identify trends, patterns, and potential issues.
This includes understanding key metrics like stock turnover, days on hand, and reorder points.
Proficiency in inventory management software and system – ERP – SAP and Advance Excel
Data entry and data management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
