A recruitment agency in Singapore is seeking an Inventory Coordinator to manage day-to-day inventory administration and maintain records. The ideal candidate has a Diploma and prior experience in inventory or logistics. Knowledge of Microsoft Excel is essential. This role requires commitment to 5 days and alternate Saturdays (half day).
Working hours: Mon - Fri, 8am - 6pm, Alternate Say half day
Handle day to day inventory administration.
Prepare, update and maintain the inventory records.
Timely update the stock movements and elevate stock ageing or excessive stocks to Executive/Manager for next action.
Involve in the cycle count activities.
Prepare basic analysis related to the inventory movement.
Any adhoc tasks or projects related to inventory.
Minimum Diploma education in any fields.
Prior experience in inventory, logistics or Supply Chain.
Knowledge in Microsoft Excel and Office.
Able to commit 5 and alternate Saturday (half day).
