• Ensure Purchase Orders are processed daily according to the schedule.
• Distribute POs to appropriate departments based on assigned time slots.
• Monitor and follow up on backorders and material shortages.
• Maintain and organize material storage areas.
• Investigate and track missing materials and parts.

Job Description:

• Ensure all Purchase Orders (POs) are processed daily in accordance with the kitting schedule.
• Distribute POs to the appropriate departments based on their designated time slots.
• Monitor and follow up on backorders and material shortages to minimize delays.
• Maintain and organize material storage areas in line with standardized layout guidelines.
• Investigate and track missing or misplaced materials and parts to ensure accountability and availability.
