Job Scope:

• Manage inventory planning, forecasting and monitor stock levels of spare parts for commercial and industrial vehicles.
• Analyze stock and purchase order data to ensure proper stock allocation.
• Work closely with internal users and the parts store to manage supply and demand smoothly.
• Conduct annual stocktakes and ensure accountability for equipment and inventory.
• Manage stock ordering and allocation to maintain healthy stock levels in all parts stores.
• Analyze reports to support forecasting and make recommendations
• Support daily coordination between the operations team and warehouse.
• Work with the sales team to plan stock levels for new automotive models.
• Perform routine checks to ensure proper handling of spares.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Admin, or related field.
• Min 2- 3 years handling inventory forecast in automotive/logistic/inventory Control industry.
• Familiar experience in spare parts management, procurement, and vendor handling under automotive or parts is welcome to apply.
• Work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
