Job summary

A leading global provider in clinical research services is seeking a Stock Controller to manage inventory processes in their Singapore facility. The role includes responsibilities such as maintaining stock accuracy, reporting, and assisting in logistics. Ideal candidates should possess GCE ‘O’ Level education, knowledge of Microsoft Excel, and good communication skills.

Qualifications

  • Relevant experience in stock management is an added advantage.

  • Maintain stock and execute stock rotation.
  • Record stock movements using Inventory Control systems.
  • Prepare interlab shipments and ensure documentation.

Job description

Job responsibilities:

• Collect all deliveries from loading bay, log, QC, receipt in, store and distribute as required

• Maintain stock on shelves in a tidy manner, executing stock rotation in appropriate date order

• Record all stock movements and stock issues using Inventory control system

• Analyse reports to drive process improvements and ensure accurate data entry

• Operate Inventory Control systems and other systems to facilitate stock processing duties

• Conduct daily/weekly reporting and provide inventory dispositions

• Ensure Pre-assembly area is stocked and pick internal material requisitions for all areas

• Participate in stock cycle counts and set up and monitor call off orders

• Prepare and log interlab shipments for other Q Squared sites ordering stock as required and providing Logistics the details of the shipments along with any related documentation required

• Deputize for other stock controllers as and when required

• Perform any other duties as required as directly by superiors and adhere to department SOPs

Requirements:

  • GCE ‘O’ Level or secondary education

  • Relevant experience added advantage

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Excel.

  • Good spoken and written English.
