Expectations of the Role:

  • Perform system transactions and maintain accurate records for traceability and accountability.

  • Ensure compliance with safe work practices, hygiene policies, and validation procedures.

  • Conduct regular inventory control activities, including cycle counts, stock takes, and location audits.

  • Manage storage processes, including handling, storing, and documentation of goods.

  • Handle near-expiry, expired, and special-handling stock according to procedures.

  • Support product recall, redressing, and non-drug disposal processes.

  • Maintain good documentation practices and ensure all records are up-to-date.

  • Provide general administrative support to the warehouse team.

  • Report maintenance issues, pest sightings, and temperature/humidity deviations.

  • Ensure timely closure of assigned tasks and dockets.

Requirements (Must-Have):

  • GCE ‘O’ Level or secondary education with relevant warehouse operational experience.

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in warehousing operations.

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Excel.

  • Good spoken and written English.

Advantageous to Have:

  • Experience in handling cytotoxic drugs and non-drug disposals.

  • Familiarity with SAP or similar warehouse management systems.

Personal Attributes:

  • Committed, responsible, and good communication skills.

  • Ability to lead, motivate, and manage time effectively.

  • Analytical and able to troubleshoot complex problems.
