Job summary

A leading food supply company in Singapore is seeking an Inventory Management Specialist responsible for overseeing inventory operations, recording product values, and conducting stock checks. Candidates should have at least 1 year of experience in a similar role, possess knowledge of MS Office, and be able to handle heavy loads. The role involves working in a chilly environment handling fresh meat and processed food, ensuring quality and efficiency in operations.

Job description

What you'll be doing

1. Record daily product values.
2. Monitor packaging material balances and place orders as needed.
3. Oversee daily receiving and proper storage of goods.
4. Conduct monthly stock checks and reconcile inventory.
5. Prepare monthly reports on product values.
6. Manage and print ingredient labels.
7. Handle inventory of staff uniforms.
8. Provide support to the manager on ad hoc tasks.

What we're looking for

1. A minimum of 1 years' experience in an inventory or warehouse management role
2. Knowledge of MS Office applications
3. Candidate with forklift license will be an added advantage
4. Must be able to handle heavy load
5. Able to work independently
6. Able to work in manufacturing and chilly environment handling fresh meat and processed food
