Job summary

XSQUARE TECHNOLOGIES PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Solution Engineer to design integrated automation solutions for warehouses and manufacturing facilities.

You will combine inhouse/partner AGVs with third-party systems to meet customer needs, from hardware to software integrations. The role requires travel to regional projects, strong intralogistics knowledge, and experience with system architecture, data flows, and vendor coordination.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in solution design, systems integration, or automation consulting.
• Deep understanding of intralogistics systems—racking, conveyors, mobile robots, WMS/WCS.
• Experience with automation layout planning, material flow design, and system architecture.
• Familiar with industrial protocols, APIs, and software integration.
• Willingness to travel overseas for regional projects.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
• Knowledge of cybersecurity principles.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end technical automation solutions for customer facilities.
• Lead technical discovery workshops with customers.
• Evaluate operations to propose optimal automation setups.
• Build system architecture, layouts, data flows, and integration frameworks.
• Identify and coordinate with third-party vendors to deliver a unified solution.
• Support sales with technical proposals, costings, and presentations.
• Collaborate with delivery teams for implementation alignment.
• Support regional projects in Vietnam, Malaysia, and beyond.
• Stay current on intralogistics technologies to inform design.
