VARSITY TECH PTE. LTD. is seeking a Trading Operations Associate to monitor our live trading systems during market hours. This role focuses on operations and monitoring, not on generating ideas or strategies. You will identify issues quickly, report anomalies, and maintain clear records.

You'll work with DAS Trader Pro, internal dashboards, Google Sheets, and messaging tools. After training, you will operate independently to ensure smooth intraday activity and timely end-of-day summaries.

Qualifikationen

• Detail-oriented and reliable monitoring of live trading activity.
• Ability to identify unusual trades or execution issues and report promptly.

Aufgaben

• Monitor live trading activity, positions and P&L
• Ensure trading systems and strategies run normally
• Identify and report unusual trades or errors
• Monitor risk limits and escalate problems
• Record incidents in the operations log
• Perform simple analysis of trading activity
• Communicate issues to engineering/trading teams
• Prepare a short end-of-day operations summary
