Job summary

Infineon Technologies AG Singapore invites an intern to support the Supply Chain Planning team with data collection, analysis, visualization, and process optimization to boost productivity in Infineon’s Smart Power Business Line.

You will work under a mentor, develop dashboards, apply statistical and ML techniques, and communicate insights to stakeholders while gaining hands-on industry experience.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a relevant bachelor’s degree with strong analytical abilities.
• Familiarity with data collection, cleaning, and preprocessing concepts.
• Experience with dashboards or reports is a plus.

• Data Collection & Integration: collect and consolidate data from multiple sources to support planning and analysis.
• Data Preparation & Quality: clean, preprocess, and transform datasets ensuring accuracy and integrity.

As part of the Supply Chain Planning team, the intern will work under the guidance of an assigned mentor to identify and implement improvements to existing processes. The role will focus on data collection, analysis, visualization, and process optimization to improve productivity and efficiency within Infineon’s Smart Power Business Line.

Your role

Key responsibilities in your new role

• Data Collection & Integration: Collect and consolidate data from various sources to support supply chain planning and business analysis.
• Data Preparation & Quality: Clean, preprocess, and transform datasets while ensuring data accuracy, quality, and integrity.
• Data Visualization: Create interactive dashboards and informative reports using data visualization tools to communicate insights effectively.
• Dashboard Development: Develop, maintain, and enhance data visualization platforms to support operational and strategic decision-making.
• Statistical Analysis: Apply statistical and machine learning techniques to analyze supply chain data and identify meaningful insights.
• Trend & Pattern Identification: Identify trends, patterns, correlations, and potential improvement opportunities in business data.
• Process Improvement: Support the identification and implementation of process enhancements to improve productivity and operational efficiency.

Qualifications And Skills To Help You Succeed

• Educational Background: On track to attain a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Data Analysis Skills: Proficiency in data analysis tools and technologies such as Python, R, SQL, and Tableau.
• Statistical & ML Knowledge: Understanding of machine learning and statistical modelling techniques.
• Data Visualization: Familiarity with data visualization tools and platforms for creating dashboards and reports.
• Analytical Thinking: Strong critical-thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Communication Skills: Ability to communicate data insights clearly and effectively to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Preferred Intake: Able to commit for more than 5 months from Jan 2027.
