The student will be part of the Quality Management System (QMS) team and work under the guidance of an assigned mentor. The student will support the team in daily operations, improvement initiatives, and short-term assignments related to QMS activities. As an active team member, the student is expected to contribute to enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of the QMS while gaining practical knowledge and experience in quality management processes.
Your Role
- AI & Analytics Development: Develop and maintain data analytics tools utilizing AI to enable efficient analysis, visualization, and reporting of quality-related information.
- Departmental Support: Assist in organizing and supporting Quality Management (QM) department events and administrative activities.
- Digitalization & AI Initiatives: Support division-wide digitalization and AI initiatives, including data management, automation projects, and performance reporting.
- Continuous Process Improvement: Participate in continuous improvement projects to enhance Quality Management System (QMS) processes, reporting efficiency, and overall operational effectiveness.
Internship Learning Outcomes
- Quality Business Processes: Gain a practical understanding of quality business processes, tools, and methodologies, and apply them in a real-world manufacturing environment.
- Digitalization & Efficiency: Acquire hands-on knowledge of AI and digitalization concepts, learning how to apply them to improve daily work efficiency.
- Project Management Skills: Develop foundational project management skills by actively participating in project planning, execution, monitoring, and review phases.
- Factory QMS Structure: Learn the systematic workflows and standards of a Quality Management System (QMS) within a semiconductor manufacturing factory.
Your Profile
- Education: Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Industrial & Systems Engineering, Quality Management, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Productivity & AI Tools: Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiar with consumer AI tools.
- Work Ethic & Collaboration: Strong ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment, while remaining self-motivated and capable of working under minimal supervision.
- Preferred Skills: Additional skills in data analytics, software coding, AI Copilot integration, or event organization are highly advantageous.
- Communication Skills: Good written and verbal communication skills, with a strong capability for technical and status reporting.
