Job summary

Care Corner is offering internship opportunities within the Seniors Services division to support Gymtonic and Frailty Management Programme activities. You will assist trainers, help run group exercise sessions, and support engagement with senior participants in a community care setting.

Responsibilities

• Assist trainers in conducting group exercise sessions and functional training activities for seniors.
• Support participant engagement, exercise supervision, and safe equipment usage during sessions.
• Assist with basic health screening, attendance taking, and programme documentation.
• Help monitor participant progress and provide encouragement during training sessions.
• Support the setup, maintenance, and cleanliness of exercise equipment and activity areas.
• Work closely with Wellness Trainers, Centre Staff, and Senior Volunteers to support programme operations and community wellness initiatives.
