Job summary

SAP Fioneer invites you to join as an intern in Singapore, tackling real tasks and contributing to impactful projects from day one. You'll explore the banking software landscape and work with a global team to understand customer objectives and stakeholder engagement.

As part of the role, you will support identifying customer challenges, analyze organizational processes, and gain exposure to Core Banking solutions such as Deposit, Lending, Cash, and Transaction Banking under senior guidance.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Mathematics, Physics, Business Administration, Economics or a comparable STEM degree program with above-average performance.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Good written and spoken English skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the identification of customer challenges and assist the team in exploring potential solutions that create business value for existing and prospective clients.
• Learn about customer business objectives and priorities, helping to prepare materials and insights that support stakeholder engagement.
• Assist in analyzing customer organizational structures and processes to better understand stakeholder relationships and project requirements.
• Gain exposure to Core Banking solutions across Deposit Management, Lending Management, Cash Management, and Transaction Banking by supporting implementation and pre-sales activities under guidance from senior colleagues.
• Collaborate with regional teams across Southeast Asia, supporting project activities and building an understanding of the financial services industry in the region.

What will I be doing

From the first day on you will be supporting our team in the Banking department in the development of innovative software solutions and the consulting of our customers.

As part of your job, you will:

• Support the identification of customer challenges and assist the team in exploring potential solutions that create business value for existing and prospective clients.

You are currently a student in:

• Computer Science, Business informatics, Mathematics, Physics, Business Administration, Economics or a comparable STEM degree program with above-average performance.

Topic Expertise:

• Interest in the interplay of economic and technical issues.
• Very good analytical skills and a strong understanding of technical interrelationships.
• Excellent powers of abstraction, team spirit and drive to succeed.
• Ideally, you have already gained some experience in agile and project-based work or software development.
• Good written and spoken English skills.
