Department: MSB Test Engineering

Project Title: Test AI and Hardware Projects

Description: The objective of the project is to understand the sources of variability, control variations & predict failure using effective problem solving, data analysis and datamation techniques with usage of AI. By doing so, we can improve availability of equipment for production needs. The candidate may also work on semiconductor test tool/s hardware projects to assist engineers in actual design or solution upgrades to improve or rectify machine performance.

Scope

• Exposure / Training to Equipment hardware, physical automation & datamation tools
• Hands on experience in dynamic high volume manufacturing environment
• Training & opportunity to develop datamation solution including data modeling, data visualizations
• Exposure to tool maintenance & ownership including Preventive Maintenance & Predictive Maintenance
• Hands on experience in teamwork, project management & problem solving

Deliverable

• Provide proposals on predictive and AI technique for machine repairs..etc
• Automated reports using Data Modeling, Data Visualization & Predictive Maintenance control

Skillset Required: Problem Solving, Data Analysis, Basic Statistics, Project Management, Datamation. Knowledge of AI (Copilot), Tableu, Python, SQL, Power BI will be an advantage.

Target Courses: Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics or Mechatronics Engineering or similar engineering/science courses.
