Job summary

ASML Singapore Pte Ltd offers an internship to support the operational transfer process from initiation to implementation. You will coordinate with Tactical Buyer, Operational Supplier Coordinator, Logistics Supplier Manager/Account Lead, and Supplier Quality Engineer to ensure timely actions.

You will assist in reporting progress to the Transfer Manager and Category Manager, maintain the Masterfile, and handle communications with suppliers via OSC/LSM/TB/AL.

Qualifications

• Pursuing Diploma/Degree in Business/Supply Chain/Logistics/Engineering or equivalent.
• Strong interest in operations and supply chain processes.
• Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and follow-through on tasks.

Responsibilities

• Support TB and OSC to ensure operational transfer flow adherence.
• Report status to Transfer Manager/Category Manager/Service Operations.
• Execute operational process as efficiently as possible.
• Coordinate for golden sample shipments and steerco approvals; maintain Masterfile fields.
• Coordinate supplier communications through OSC/LSM/TB/AL, with a supporting role.
• Assist with ad-hoc requests and other support activities as needed.

Job description

Responsible to support operational transfer process execution from the initiation to the implementation and needs to ensure Tactical Buyer (TB) /Operational Supplier Coordinator (OSC), Logistics Supplier Manager/Account Lead (LSM/AL) and Supplier Quality Engineer (SQE) take the right actions on time.

• Responsible for supporting the involved operational stakeholders (TB and OSC) to ensure operational transfer flow adherence.

• Responsible for reporting out towards the Transfer Manager/Category Manager/Service Operations on the status of each transfer.

• Responsible execute operational process as efficient as possible.

• Request for golden sample shipment, make an overview for steerco approval, makes sure all Operations Transport Coordinator owned fields in the Masterfile are maintained and will arrange for closure actions.

• All supplier communication will go via the OSC, LSM, TB and AL; has a supporting role. In case of urgent transfer, can also be involved in the supplier communication.

• Diverse ad-hoc requests depending on business needs and other support activities as required

Education:

• Pursuing Diploma/Degree in Business/Supply Chain/ Logistics/Engineering or equivalent
