Job summary

CapitaLand Development Ltd - CDL is seeking a finance-focused intern to assist on market research, investment feasibility, and macro data support for M&A opportunities. You will build financial models to support investment decisions and help prepare approval materials.

The role involves contributing to risk assessments and collaborating with the team on deal execution when opportunities arise, with exposure to Bloomberg, CapIQ, and advanced Excel usage.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Finance or Accountancy.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
• Familiarity with Bloomberg, CapIQ and other M&A databases is advantageous.
• Ability to multitask and a desire to learn new knowledge.
• Detail-oriented and able to connect insights to broader business goals.

Job Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Finance or Accountancy.
