What will you be doing?

• Monitor, process and convert purchase requisitions & purchase order to ensure compliance with approved/preferred suppliers and the accuracy of material and supplier master data in a timely and accurate manner.
• Support business requestors by clarifying item pricing, terms, and conditions in accordance with framework agreements established by the Purchasing team Review and manage order confirmation discrepancies, coordinating with stakeholders to update purchase orders as required.
• To support in new vendor registration process Promote and maintain compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards.
• Maintain accurate procurement records and generate standard statistical and other reports to support operational and compliance requirements.
• To support the service and product sourcing process
