Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical, Electronic, Mechatronics, Mechanical, Fire Protection Engineering, or related disciplines.
• Basic knowledge of Fire Detection, Fire Protection, Fire & Gas or HVAC systems is an advantage.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word and Project.
• Experience with AutoCAD or other engineering design software.
• Strong analytical, problem solving and technical troubleshooting skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills with customers and project stakeholders.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks under tight projects deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Support Service Manager and Project Engineer in planning, executing, and monitoring assigned service jobs.
• Review customer requirements, technical specifications, and tender documents for compliance.
• Coordinate with customers, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and internal departments.
• Assist in system configuration and programming of fire alarm and life safety systems.
• Prepare and submit project documentation, drawings, method statements, test reports, and as-built documents.
• Participate in technical meetings, project discussions, and customer presentations as needed.
• Monitor project schedules, progress, material deliveries, and site activities to ensure timely completion.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory requirements.
• Provide technical support and engineering solutions to address project challenges.
