Job summary

Haleon invites undergraduates in Chemical, Pharmaceutical, Life Sciences or related fields for a 6-month internship with the NPD Wellness team in Singapore.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate data, generate technical reports and help shape product development plans, while gaining hands-on experience in consumer healthcare science and market readiness.

Responsibilities

• Support other product development activities as required.

Undergraduate students from Chemical Engineering, Pharmaceutical Science, Life Sciences, Food Sciences and related disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive, sophisticated and critical evaluation of technical data during product development phase.
• Coordinate discussion and close collaboration with cross functional teams and successfully integrate their inputs to charted key NPD milestone.
• Preparation of technical reports/ presentations.
• Assist NPD-Wellness team in create technical and product understanding research plans to fit overall project deliverables.
• Supports the team with other miscellaneous product related project/ development activities when required.

Learning Outcomes

• Learn about strategic product development with exposure to strategic NPD planning process and what it takes to launch a product in the market.
• Acquire a strong technical understanding on the requirements to deliver innovation.
• Gain hands-on in-depth analytical skills by researching, analyzing and reviewing technical data information.
• Serve as the voice of the consumer when developing innovation opportunities.
• Exposure to highly matrixed environment and experience of partnering with different functional teams.
