Responsibilities

• Analyze NAND defectivity (DPM) pareto to qualify end products (Mobile, Consumer SSD, Enterprise SSD).
• Perform electrical failure analysis (EFA) to solve technical problems using lab tools and techniques.
• Drive Physical Failure Analysis (PFA) and Root Cause Analysis.
• Integrate AI-assisted tools and insights to improve daily work and comply with standards.
• Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement by testing AI-enabled enhancements.
