Responsibilities

• Assist in ensuring the cleanliness of the mall
• Assist and ensure the performance of the Toilet Smart System
• Assist to process E Permit To Work, Visitors Permit Registration and Vehicle Entry Pass
• Assist to run duty to ensure Mall is in tip top condition
• Assist to handle feedbacks and incidents
• Run or provide support for ad-hoc projects
• Liaise with tenants on regular servicing reports and repair work
• Assist in supervising, coordinating, and conducting inspections with service providers on daily routine work, outstanding defects and rectification works
