Job summary

Mapletree invites motivated students to join its Information Systems & Technology team for a full‑time internship from January to June 2027. You will gain hands-on exposure to SAP FICO and MM, data migration, testing, and business processes while supporting day-to-day SAP operations.

You will work closely with the IS&T team, preparing documentation, UAT scripts, and status reports, and developing your data analysis and ERP skills in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• Demonstrates a keen interest in enterprise systems, SAP, technology, and business processes.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Possesses good analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
• Meticulous and detail-oriented with data accuracy.
• Good communication and teamwork skills; eager to learn.

Responsibilities

• Support the SAP FICO team in Company Code Creation and Functional Currency Change projects, including data migration, testing, documentation, and project coordination.
• Support the SAP MM team in handling Level 1 support tickets and user enquiries, including troubleshooting and escalation of complex issues.
• Assist with data migration activities, including validation, cleansing, reconciliation, and documentation.
• Prepare and execute UAT scripts, document results, and support issue tracking and defect resolution.
• Assist in creating and maintaining project documentation, user guides, and status reports.
• Analyse and reconcile project data using Microsoft Excel and other Office tools.
• Collaborate with the IS&T team and stakeholders to support project and operational needs.

Job description

You will be part of the Mapletree Internship Programme, joining the Information Systems & Technology (IS&T) team on a full-time internship from January to June 2027.

This internship provides hands-on exposure to SAP support, system implementation activities, data migration, testing, and business processes. You will work closely with the IS&T team and gain practical experience supporting SAP FICO and Materials Management (MM) related projects and day-to-day operations.

Job Responsibilities:

• Support the SAP FICO team in Company Code Creation and Functional Currency Change projects, including data migration, testing, documentation, and project coordination.
• Support the SAP MM team in handling Level 1 support tickets and user enquiries, including troubleshooting basic issues and escalating more complex cases to the relevant team members.
• Assist with data migration activities, including data validation, cleansing, reconciliation, and documentation to support data accuracy and completeness.
• Prepare and execute UAT scripts, document test results, and support issue tracking and defect resolution.
• Assist in the preparation and maintenance of project documentation, user guides, process documentation, and status reports.
• Analyse, reconcile, and maintain project-related data using Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Work closely with the internal IS&T team and relevant stakeholders to support project and operational requirements.
