Job summary

Porsche Asia Pacific in Singapore is offering a 6-month internship in the Finance department. You will support the business processes across Porsche Asia Pacific, its importers and Porsche AG, with a focus on compliance and reporting.

The role involves assisting in the accounts payable/receivable, monthly closing with SAP, and helping implement process improvements. Strong English, MS Office skills, and an analytical mindset are essential, and prior internship experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support finance processes between Porsche Asia Pacific, importers and Porsche AG.
• Assist compliance with internal control policies and accounting standards.
• Support accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
• Assist in financial and tax related reporting.
• Help update processes, implement systems, and improve Finance workflows.
• Prepare monthly GL closing steps using SAP and produce management reports.
• Prepare billing documents.
• Support procurement tender processes and monthly reporting.

• Assist in process update, system implementation and improvement for Finance department
• Assist in the preparation of monthly GL closing (using SAP) and management reports
• Assist in the preparation of billing documents
• Support in procurement tender process and monthly reporting
• Undergraduate in Business Administration, Accountancy or any other relevant studies
• Past internship experience preferred
• Fluency in written and spoken English with excellent communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Open-minded, organised, analytical and quality oriented, able to work independently
