Job summary

CapitaLand invites interns to research and contribute to M&E guideline videos, assess global green certifications, and develop online forms for M&E data capture. You will assist uploading properties to Energy Star Portfolio Manager to generate energy ratings and support translation of drawings and documents.

The role suits students in Building Services with interest in sustainability and proficiency in AI tools, MS Office, and prompt engineering, offering hands-on experience in a global property

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Environmental Engineering or related Building Services discipline.
• Knowledge of the Environment, Building Services and Sustainability.
• Proficiency in AI tools and prompt engineering (e.g. Microsoft Copilot/ ChatGPT/ Claude).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Research on creation of videos for Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) guidelines (Applicants should have previously attended video editing lessons and studied various editing software).
• Research on global green certification and energy ratings for properties globally.
• Research and creation of online forms that is suitable for filling up of M&E KDR.
• Support with uploading and creation of all CLAS properties onto Energy Star Portfolio Manager to generate Energy Ratings for all properties.
• Support with translation work for drawings and documents.
