Job summary

SAP is seeking a detail-oriented Compliance Analyst to support the Compliance Management System operations. You will maintain training records, deliver regular reports and dashboards, and assist with data-driven process improvements across the Office of Ethics & Compliance.

The role requires strong analytical skills, Excel proficiency, and a collaborative, proactive mindset in a global team focused on integrity and learning.

Responsibilities

• Support the operation of SAP's Compliance Management System.
• Provide day-to-day administrative support to Field Compliance Officers.
• Maintain accurate and auditable compliance training records within SAP.
• Analyse training and compliance data and produce regular reports and dashboards.
• Coordinate monthly metrics and management reporting.
• Support sentiment analysis and programme effectiveness assessments.
• Assist with the design, development, and maintenance of compliance training courses.
• Support project planning, tracking, research, and data management activities.
• Contribute to process improvements and drive efficiencies through data and automation.
• Support the Compliance Culture Program Office and wider Office of Ethics & Compliance on ad hoc projects and initiatives.
• Develop knowledge of Learning Management Systems and learning analytics tools.
