Job summary

SAP is a global innovator helping customers run better. We seek a proactive Compliance Data Analyst to support SAP's Compliance Management System, maintain training records, and produce regular reports and dashboards using Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.

• Strong project management and organisational skills.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends.
• Experience creating dashboards and reports using Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data quality.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and able to use initiative.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Collaborative team player with a customer-focused approach.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint.
• Experience with SAP, Learning Management Systems, or compliance programmes is an advantage.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are beneficial but not essential

• Support project planning, tracking, research, and data management activities.
• Contribute to process improvements and drive efficiencies through data and automation.
• Support the Compliance Culture Program Office and wider Office of Ethics & Compliance on ad hoc projects and initiatives.
• Develop knowledge of Learning Management Systems and learning analytics tools.
