Job summary

Phillip Securities Pte Ltd, a member of PhillipCapital, offers an internship with our Dealing team to gain exposure to client servicing across onboarding and investor engagement while contributing to the Young Investors Group roadmap.

You will support KYC and CDD, prepare client communications, handle enquiries, and assist in engagement campaigns, collaborating with dealers to ensure timely follow-up and to help create beginner-friendly content and onboarding guides.

What You Will Be Working On

The Dealing team supports clients throughout their investment journey, from account onboarding and maintenance to investor engagement and business development initiatives. As an intern, you will gain exposure to client servicing while contributing to projects under our Young Investors Group (YIG) roadmap aimed at improving the onboarding and investing experience for young investors.

In This Role, You Will:

• Support KYC and customer due diligence (CDD) processes.
• Prepare client communications for account reviews, document requests, and account related notifications.
• Assist in handling basic client enquiries and servicing requests.
• Support client outreach and engagement campaigns.
• Work closely with dealers to ensure timely follow-up on client matters.
• Support YIG initiatives through the creation of beginner-friendly content, educational materials, and onboarding guides.
• Participate in testing and feedback exercises for new platform features and investor engagement initiatives.

What We Are Looking For:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
