Job summary

V-Key is seeking a Business Analytics Intern to assist the Financial Operations team with data aggregation, automation, and insights generation. You will gain hands-on experience managing data with guided mentorship throughout the internship.

You will support ERP data collection, leverage AI/RPA to consolidate data, and contribute to internal tooling for streamlined analytics workflows. This role is based in Singapore and offers practical exposure in a growing security-tech company.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Data Analytics, Economics, or a related field.
• Working knowledge of basic accounting or bookkeeping is required.
• Working proficiency in Python or another high-level programming language, with a focus on data manipulation and automation is required.

Responsibilities

• Support data collection and extraction efforts across the company's ERP ecosystem.
• Leverage AI-driven tools, Robotic Process Automation (RPA), or other automation frameworks to aggregate and reconcile data across disparate ERP systems, translating raw data into actionable business insights.

The Business Analytics Intern will support the Financial Operations team by contributing to data aggregation, process automation, and insight generation initiatives. This role offers hands‑on exposure tomanaging data, with training and mentorship provided throughout the internship.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Support data collection and extraction efforts across the company's Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) ecosystem.
• Leverage AI-driven tools, Robotic Process Automation (RPA), or other automation frameworks to aggregate and reconcile data across disparate ERP systems, translating raw data into actionable business insights.
• Designandbuild internal tooling to streamline data aggregation, transformation, and analysis workflows.

Requirements

• Pursing a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Data Analytics, Economics, or a related field.
• Working knowledge of basic accounting or bookkeeping is required.
• Working proficiency in Python or another high-level programming language, with a focus on data manipulation and automationis required.

Optional

• Familiarity with major ERP systems such as QuickBooks, Salesforce, SAP is a plus, but not required.
• Exposure to SQL, data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau), or RPA platforms (UiPath, Automation Anywhere) is a plus, but not required.
• Prior coursework or project experience in financial modeling, statistics, or data engineering is a plus.
