Job summary

Micron Technology, Singapore invites a full-time 5-month internship in Product Yield, Test Coverage, and Failure Analysis Improvement within the Storage Technology and Products Group. You will gain exposure to NAND Flash, high-speed memory, and SSD product engineering under experienced engineers.

Under guidance, you will analyze test data, perform circuit simulations, and develop AI-enabled workflows to enhance engineering efficiency and decision making.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering, Microelectronics, Data Science, or related field.
• Experience with data analytics or test/data workflows is advantageous.
• Familiarity with AI concepts and Python is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Study NAND Flash/high-speed memory/SSD product engineering requirements.
• Analyze test results, yield data, and electrical measurements to identify improvement opportunities.
• Conduct circuit simulations and simulations of engineering yield or failure analyses.
• Develop or enhance test coverage, data-analysis scripts, or automated reporting.
• Explore AI-enabled workflows for triage, anomaly detection, or test-result analysis.
