• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with clear technical communication.
• Basic knowledge of semiconductor devices, digital logic, electronics, and IC testing.
• Familiarity with Python, SQL, MATLAB, statistics, data visualization, ML, or AI-enabled workflows.
• Willingness to learn Generative AI for data exploration, coding, and automation.

Responsibilities

• Study wafer probe test flows, coverage, and product performance indicators.
• Analyze probe, wafer-level, and device-level datasets to identify yield trends and anomalies.
• Develop AI-enabled analytical or automation solutions for yield analysis and test optimization.
• Prepare technical findings, dashboards, and recommendations for probe strategy and product engineering.
