Job summary

Micron Technology Singapore invites applications for a 6-month internship focused on Agentic AI-enabled planning ecosystems in fab space and capacity optimization. You will help design multi-agent workflows, validate AI-driven planning approaches, and analyze trade-offs among tool demand, layout constraints, materials, and CAPEX.

The project offers hands-on experience in Generative AI, LLMs, and manufacturing planning within semiconductor environments, with opportunities for future full-time

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a CS/AI/Data Science or related program.
• Interest in AI-enabled planning and multi-agent systems.
• Ability to work on complex optimization and data analysis tasks.

Responsibilities

• Study existing PLN workflows and data inputs across the PLN domain.
• Develop proof-of-concept Agentic AI workflows for planning optimization.
• Evaluate coordination mechanisms between multiple specialized AI agents.
• Analyze planning trade-offs involving tool demand, factory layout constraints, material requirements, operational scenarios, and capital investment considerations.
• Explore AI-enabled approaches for generating planning recommendations and scenario-based decision support.
• Document findings, recommendations, and improvement opportunities.
