How You Succeed

What You Do

• Process Automation: support the automation of workflows and operational processes to improve efficiency, productivity, and controls
• Dashboard Development: assist in developing, enhancing, and maintaining reporting dashboards to provide meaningful business insights and performance tracking
• User Acceptance Testing (UAT): support testing activities for system enhancements and new solutions, ensuring requirements are met and issues are identified and resolved
• Business Improvement Initiatives: assist in projects related to system migrations, process reviews, and operational improvement initiatives
• Data Analysis & Reporting: support the preparation and analysis of reports to facilitate informed business decision-making
• Technology & Innovation: explore opportunities to leverage digital tools and technologies to enhance existing processes and workflows
• Ad-hoc Tasks: provide support on other projects and assignments as required

Who You Work With

Global Transaction Banking supports clients through a comprehensive suite of transaction banking solutions across markets and industries. Within the Global Financial Institutions team, you'll work alongside business and support professionals who are focused on delivering efficient processes, enhancing operational capabilities, and driving continuous improvement. You'll gain valuable exposure to the systems, processes, and technologies that support client servicing and business operations within a leading financial institution.
