• Willing to meet clients and conduct site visits as required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and follow up with potential clients, understand renovation needs, budget and project requirements.
• Develop new clients via online platforms, referrals, and company resources.
• Arrange consultations, meetings, on-site measurements and site inspections.
• Recommend interior design and renovation solutions according to client needs.
• Prepare quotations, proposals and contracts and convert leads into signed projects.
• Coordinate with clients on pricing, scope, and contract terms.
• Maintain good client relationships and ensure project progression.
• Communicate with designers and project teams to align client requirements.
• Achieve sales targets and stay updated on market trends.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the company.
