Job description

Full-Time | 2-Year Contract (Renewable)

Must travel to site (Travel allowance provided)

Responsibilities:

• Handle carpentry-related sales enquiries

• Prepare quotations, materials & pricing

• Present proposals & assist Director in closing deals

• Assist Director in meetings, site visits & commercial renovation matters

• Draft layout plans, elevations, RCPs, M&E drawings

• Do 3D visualisations & client presentation visuals

• Produce technical & shop drawings for carpentry

• Liaise with site team, workshop, clients & authorities

• Oversee site progress & report to Director

• Ensure safety, compliance & submit relevant forms

Requirements:

• Min 2–5 years ID experience

• Min 2 years site coordination experience

• Strong in technical detailing (esp. elevations)

• AutoCAD (must-have)

• SketchUp / 3Ds Max / Lumion

• Photoshop / Canva / PowerPoint

• Google Sheets / WhatsApp / Cloud drive
