Strong skills in project planning, scheduling, and cost control.
Hands-on experience with site supervision, quality control, and safety compliance.
Ability to handle design coordination and liaise between consultants, clients, and subcontractors. - Software Proficiency
Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Microsoft Project.
Familiarity with BIM, Navisworks, and construction management platforms (e.g., Procore, Primavera). - Leadership & Communication
Experience managing a team of engineers, designers, drafters, and site supervisors.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client and contractor engagement.
