Job description

Skills & Competencies

1. Technical Knowledge
   Deep understanding of interior construction methods, materials, building codes, and technical drawings (e.g., M&E coordination, joinery, carpentry, drywall systems, etc.).
   Familiarity with ACMV, electrical, plumbing, and fire safety systems as they relate to interior works.
2. Project & Construction Management
   Strong skills in project planning, scheduling, and cost control.
   Hands-on experience with site supervision, quality control, and safety compliance.
   Ability to handle design coordination and liaise between consultants, clients, and subcontractors.
3. Software Proficiency
   Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Microsoft Project.
   Familiarity with BIM, Navisworks, and construction management platforms (e.g., Procore, Primavera).
4. Leadership & Communication
   Experience managing a team of engineers, designers, drafters, and site supervisors.
   Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
   Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client and contractor engagement.
