Salary UP $5000 + Commissions

Job Overview

Handle customer enquiries and coordinate renovation works. Ensure timely delivery of projects with customer satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities

1. Visiting job sites to analyse space availability, design needs and the purpose of the space
2. Attending client meetings to understand the design needs and client preferences regarding interior styles and colours
3. Creating initial design sketches, colour themes and ideas based on client requirements and space availability
4. Hiring contractors and vendors to implement design ideas, such as Carpenters, Painters, Plumbers, Electricians and Artists
5. Overseeing the buying process of all raw materials and items required to complete the project
6. Arranging client visits and keeping everyone involved in the project appraised of its progress
7. Ensuring project completion within the allocated budget and timeline

Job Requirements

1. Able to work independently
2. Problem-solver
3. At least 1 year experience in Interior Design field
