Job Title: Interior Designer (Retail Fit-Out) (ID3533)
Location: Eunos
Working Hours: Mon-Fri 8.30am-6pm
Salary up to $4000

Responsibilities
• Develop creative and functional interior design concepts tailored for retail environments.
• Translate branding and customer experience objectives into spatial design ideas.
• Prepare detailed 2D drawings including: -Space plans，Furniture layouts，Elevations and sections，Joinery and construction details，Ensure drawings comply with building codes and fit-out requirements.
• Create realistic 3D perspectives/renders to visualize the final retail space.
• Model design concepts using software like SketchUp, or similar.
• Present rendered views and walk-throughs to clients and stakeholders.
• Incorporate signage, lighting concepts, and branding elements into the interior layout.
• Propose and specify appropriate materials, finishes, color palettes, and fittings.
• Prepare sample boards and coordinate with suppliers for mockups or approvals.
• Liaise with clients, project managers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth execution.
• Attend site meetings and inspections to ensure design accuracy during implementation.
• Prepare necessary design packages and documents for authority submissions (if applicable).
• Maintain organized records of revisions, client feedback, and approvals.
