Job summary

Recruit Now Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking an Interior Designer in Singapore's Ubi area to lead design projects from concept to completion. You will ensure delivery within budget and schedule, prepare proposals, space planning, and material selections aligned with client requirements.

You will coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers to drive smooth project execution and maintain clear communication with all stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in landed property

Responsibilities

• Lead interior design projects from concept development through to completion, ensuring delivery within budget and project timelines.
• Prepare design proposals, space planning, and material selections that align with clients' requirements and budget.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Conduct project meetings and site coordination to resolve design and construction issues promptly.
• Manage subcontractors and suppliers to ensure work quality, timely completion, and compliance with project specifications and budgets.
• Monitor project progress, costs, and schedules to achieve successful project delivery.
• Handle project documentation, correspondence, and reports while maintaining clear communication with all stakeholders.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities assigned by management.

Our Client, has completed hundreds of projects and built a reputation for delivering quality workmanship, on-time completion, and value-driven solutions, is inviting qualified candidates to fill the position as Interior Designer.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead interior design projects from concept development through to completion, ensuring delivery within budget and project timelines.

• Prepare design proposals, space planning, and material selections that align with clients' requirements and budget.

• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.

• Conduct project meetings and site coordination to resolve design and construction issues promptly.

OTHER INFORMATION:

• Location : Ubi

• Working Days/Hours: 5 days/ office hours (9am-6.30pm)

• Salary: $4000 basic + AWS (salary will commensurate according to experience & qualifications)
