Interior Designer – Commercial

Requirements

• Proficient in AutoCAD, 3D Studio Max, Photoshop, and shop drawing.
• Experience in interior design for retail, commercial, and residential spaces.
• Capable of performing well in high-pressure, fast-paced environments and a strong team player.
• Eager to learn and take initiative in tasks.
• Able to communicate effectively and collaborate well within a team.
• Immediate availability or ability to start on short notice is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Capable of producing complete sets of drawings for client and building management submissions (including 3D visuals, detailed elevations, layout plans, ceiling plans, M&E plans, and material board submissions).
• Coordination with onsite teams, suppliers, and clients.
• Responsible for obtaining quotes and samples from suppliers and subcontractors.
• Must meet deadlines while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
