Reimagine Interiors with Ohmyhome – Build, Design, Inspire. Join us as we are looking to hire fantastic Interior Designers.

Job Description:

• Design conceptualisation with detailed material and specification as per clients requirements
• Assist in managing design development & site implementation independently from inception through completion
• Develop 3D visuals, hand-drawn perspective drawing and color rendering and layout plans with detailed material specifications.
• Knowledgeable in technical aspects of design implementation.
• Prepare tender drawings and as per design requirement
• Liaise with stakeholders to meet budgetary and technical requirements
• Prompt delivery of services and solutions with professionalism and quality

Requirements:

• Diploma / Bachelors’ Degree in Interior Design or ID Architecture
• Must have Chinese speaking, reading and writing skills.
• Knowledge in 2D and 3D softwares such as AUTOCAD LT/, Sketchup, Enscape for rendering and ADOBE CC (Photoshop and Indesign)
• REVIT and project management knowledge and experience an added advantage
• Minimum 2 to 4 years of relevant experience as an Interior Designer, space planning from concept to implementation stage for residential and commercial
• Experience for interior renovation for Residential projects in Singapore is an added advantage
• Expert knowledge of the design process, including M&E and detail construction drawings, color & materials, furniture/carpentry systems, specifications and detailing
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, self-motivated, hardworking, willing to work independently
• Skilled in conceptual thinking and experiential design with an ability to communicate design ideas and direction quickly
• Familiar in preparing BOQs based on clients preferred design
