Job summary

BIO-DESIGN PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking an experienced CAD Designer / Interior Designer to support our commercial interior fit-out projects, preparing technical drawings and coordinating with clients and project teams.

The role involves developing design concepts, creating 3D renderings with 3D Max, and ensuring drawings are accurate and delivered on schedule. Fluent bilingual communication in English and Chinese is valued; diploma/degree in related field required.

Qualifications

• Diploma / Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Drafting, or related field.
• 2–4 years of relevant working experience in commercial interior fit-out / renovation projects.
• Proficient in AutoCAD & 3D Max software.
• Able to read and understand architectural and construction drawings.
• Able to prepare drawings independently with minimum supervision.
• Proficient in both Chinese and English, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients, contractors, suppliers, and project teams.
• Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and revise AutoCAD drawings, including layout plans, detailed drawings, and construction drawings.
• Prepare shop drawings and technical drawings for commercial interior fit-out projects.
• Assist in developing design concepts and preparing design presentations.
• Create 3D drawings/renderings using 3D Max or other relevant software.
• Coordinate with clients, Project Managers, site teams, contractors, and suppliers.
• Conduct site measurements when required.
• Update drawings according to project requirements and revisions.
• Ensure drawings are accurate and completed within deadlines.
• Maintain proper drawing records and documentation.
• Perform other duties assigned by Management.
