  • Industry/ Organization Type: Construction
  • Position Title: Interior Designer
  • Working Location: Geylang
  • Working Hours: 5.25 days (Mon - Fri, 9.00 am - 6.00 pm; Alt Sat, 9.00 am - 1.00 pm)
  • Salary Package: Basic salary up to $3,500 + Variable Bonus
  • Duration: Permanent Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Create and develop creative design concepts for commercial spaces, ensuring they reflect the client's identity and business goals.
  • Oversee the entire design process from concept to completion, including space planning, material selection, and project timelines.
  • Meet with clients to understand their requirements, objectives, and budgets. Present them with design proposals, sketches, and material samples.
  • Source and select high-quality materials, fixtures, and finishes that align with the design and commercial usability.
  • Work closely with contractors, architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure the project is executed as per the design vision.
  • Monitor projects to ensure they stay within the allocated budget and provide cost-effective solutions when necessary.
  • Ensure that all designs comply with local building codes, safety regulations, and accessibility standards.
  • Prepare and present detailed design concepts, mood boards, and 3D renderings to clients for approval.
