You will prepare layouts, 3D renderings and detailed drawings, and collaborate closely with clients and contractors to ensure designs are practical and achievable. The role requires AutoCAD and 3D design experience, strong space planning and material knowledge, and the ability to meet deadlines while managing budgets.

Qualifications

• Malaysian WP/PR holder.
• Experience in AutoCAD & 3D Design.
• Able to prepare layout plans, 3D renderings, and detailed drawings.
• Good understanding of space planning, materials, and design concepts.
• Able to communicate with clients and contractors.
• Responsible, creative, and able to meet project deadlines.
• Basic knowledge of site measurement and project coordination.

Responsibilities

• Prepare design proposals, layouts, and 3D visualizations.
• Work closely with clients to understand design requirements.
• Coordinate with contractors and suppliers.
• Assist in site visits, measurements, and project supervision.
