Job Responsibilities:

· Development of space planning, design concepts.

· Develop design concept and prepare with the project team documentation for tenders and construction.

· Prepare for and manage client presentation and meetings.

· On-site visits & design presentations.

· Liaise with client on design requirements.

· Ad-hoc duties assigned.

· Review and detail shop drawings for construction plans.

· Good interpersonal and communication skills.

Job Requirements:

· Candidate must possess at least Graduate Diploma in Interior Design/ Architecture or related studies.

· At least 5 Years of working experience in corporate office interior design or relevant field is required for this position.

· Self-motivated, responsible and team player.

· Able to take instructions well.

· Manage work under tight schedule and complete on time.

· Meticulous, well organised with good time management.

· Demonstrate willingness to be flexible and adaptable to changing priorities

· Strong multi-tasking and organisational skills.

· Bilingual

· Possess excellent design capabilities, have a flair for creativity and a positive attitude & develop conceptual design to our clients.
