Responsibilities:-

· Undertake renovation projects from concept conceptualization to site management.

· Monitor and implement projects to ensure quality of workmanship, timeliness, compliance with technical and safety requirements and adherence to client’s requirements.

· Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.

· Make site visits to check on project status and report on project.

· Outline and determine resource requirements of respective projects.

· Constantly research new and innovative designs, industry trends and best practices.

· Participate in design review presentations to Management to gain approval to proceed with said design.

· Maintain good rapport with suppliers, client consultants and architect contractors.

· Training will be provided. Design/Sales background is a plus point.
