Job summary

The Design Abode in Singapore is seeking a passionate Interior Designer to manage projects from concept to execution and engage with clients and team.

You will collaborate with Directors and Senior Designers, prepare presentations, tender drawings, and oversee FF&E sourcing to ensure thoughtful design and clear communication.

Qualifications

• Relevant degree in Interior Design or Architecture.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Sketchup & Photoshop.
• Minimum 1 year experience in interior or architectural practice.
• Familiar with local FF&E trades.
• Strong creative and communication skills.
• Passion for thoughtful design.
• Application is opened to Singaporeans and PRs only.

• Meet with client in order to understand the client's objectives and requirements.
• Communicate effectively with client & team in order to address client's needs.
• Prepare presentations with the team for client's review.

• Assess contractors' quotations & manage construction contract.
• Source & procure FF&E with the team.

Candidates should be able to confidently manage a project from its conceptualization to its execution. Candidates should also be able to engage with all parties involved in a project. Most of all, candidates should enjoy the rigourous process of seeing design concepts come to life.
